Live Music in Lund

A university city of roughly 90,000 people, Lund has produced a disproportionate number of significant artists, from Tove Lo and Axwell to indie acts like The Radio Dept. and Francobollo. The locally named Lund Indie subgenre, built around reverb-heavy guitars and ethereal vocals, draws from shoegaze and post-rock and remains one of the city's most distinctive musical exports.
