Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. About the service
GigWhere ("the Service") is a concert discovery platform operated from Sweden. We aggregate publicly available event listings from third-party sources (Ticketmaster, Eventim, Nortic, Tickster, and venue websites) and present them in a unified interface. The Service is provided free of charge.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
3. Event data accuracy
Event listings are sourced from third parties and may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any event information, including dates, times, venues, prices, or availability. Always verify event details with the official ticket seller before purchasing.
4. Ticket purchases
The Service links to third-party ticket sellers. Some ticket links, particularly to Ticketmaster, are affiliate links — we may earn a commission on purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you. We are not a ticket seller and are not a party to any ticket purchase transaction. All ticket purchases are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective ticket seller. Ticket prices and availability are determined by the ticketing provider. We are not responsible for refunds, cancellations, or disputes related to ticket purchases.
5. Newsletter
You may subscribe to our weekly newsletter by providing your email address and selecting cities of interest. By subscribing, you consent to receiving weekly emails about upcoming concerts in your selected cities. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
6. External event submissions
Third parties may submit events to our platform via our API using an API key. By submitting an event, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We reserve the right to remove any submitted event at our discretion without notice.
7. AI-generated content
Some content on this site is generated or processed using AI services:
- Artist biographies may be machine-translated from their original language to English.
- Event classification uses AI to determine whether listings are music events.
AI-generated or AI-translated content is clearly labelled. We do not guarantee its accuracy. Translated content is provided for convenience and may contain errors.
8. Intellectual property
Event data, artist biographies, and images are the property of their respective owners. The Service aggregates and displays this information under applicable fair use and public data access principles. The design, code, and branding of GigWhere are our property.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue arising from your use of the Service.
10. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the website.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
