There are two musical acts known as Artful Dodger: 1. Artful Dodger is a British R&B and UK garage group originating from Southampton, England. The group gained prominence in the late 1990s with a series of 2-step garage hits, most notably the single "Re-Rewind", featuring Craig David, which reached number 2 on the UK Singles Chart in December 1999.
