Privatclub, located in Berlin's Kreuzberg district, is housed in a repurposed old post office building on Skalitzer Straße. The venue's programming is diverse, featuring up-and-coming bands across genres from the 1980s through Hip Hop, Soul, Funk, Rock'n'Roll, Indie rock, Pop, Alternative, R&B, Boogaloo, New Wave, Postpunk, Synth, Cumbia, Elektro, and Techno. It hosts regular live concerts, DJ parties, and festivals, with weekday evenings often dedicated to young bands and weekends to various party series, including the 1960s music-focused "Twist and Shout."
