myticket Jahrhunderthalle
The myticket Jahrhunderthalle in Frankfurt is a striking domed landmark commissioned by Hoechst AG for its centennial and designed by architect Friedrich Wilhelm Kraemer, opening on January 11, 1963. Its fully glazed Kuppelsaal offers exceptional acoustics and a sense of being outdoors, with a flexible capacity that adapts to seated or standing events. The interior retains a cultivated 1960s aesthetic with parquet floors, an illuminated starry ceiling, and velvet curtains. A separate Club space features wood paneling and handmade porcelain inserts, preserving a mid-century ambiance. The venue hosts a broad range of programming including concerts, dance, musicals, comedy, spoken word, ballet, and corporate functions such as conferences and trade fairs. It has received the Conga Award for best congress center in Germany and is recognized as one of Europe's most tradition-rich cultural centers.
