Kult
Kult is a live music venue located in Helsinki, Finland, situated in the basement of the architecturally significant Kulttuuritalo (House of Culture), an internationally recognized landmark designed by Alvar Aalto. Opened in February 2024, the club is a modernized space within the historic building's Alppisali hall, originally a cinema. Kult primarily focuses on electronic dance music nights and features weekly changing dance events, alongside live music, DJ sets, and stand-up comedy. The venue aims to provide a space for emerging artists. The broader Kulttuuritalo building, completed in 1958, is renowned for its excellent acoustics and has historically hosted a wide array of cultural events.
