Yeahwon Shin is a vocalist born in South Korea. Currently residing in New York, she has performed extensively with some of the best musicians on the Jazz/World music scene, most notably with Brazilian music legend Egberto Gismonti. He also contributed to a piece on Shin's debut Yeahwon which was released in 2010 and received a Latin Grammy nomination for Best Musica Popular Brasileira Album in 2011.
