The Sour Mournings is a solo project fronted by singer/songwriter Dave Reed. The first album entitled Whirlpool, explores alternative rock fundamentals with beatlesque influences. By early 2007 The Sour Mournings is expected to release a second album of bold yet beatiful melodies...tailored to trip their fans into a deeper, lush pasture of pleasure.
