Featuring former/current members of Ultra Ultra, Heart Attack Man, Vince Roy, and others. Their debut EP titled Shibuya Crossing was released in 2014 and is available for free/pay-what-you-want download on bandcamp at http://thepublicohio.bandcamp.com 2) The Public was formed in New Orleans in 2003 by drummer Bryan Besse and guitarist Jack Champagne.
