The Last Gang

There have been (at least) two artists with this name: 1) The Last Gang were a short-lived UK New Wave/ Post-punk band who released one single, Spirit Of Youth, on Graduate Records in 1979. Their singer was Robert Shaw, who later made the charts as the singer with Swans Way. Spirit Of Youth was anthologised on the Cherry Red post-punk compliation, To The Outside Of Everything. 2) The Last Gang is a punk/rocksteady quartet that burst on the scene in 2004 with the velocity and destruction of a sawed off shotgun blast.
