There are currently two artists known as 'The Heat Death': 1) The Heat Death is a Norwegian jazz quintet comprised of Kjetil Moster, Martin Kuchen, Mats Aleklint, Olay Hoyer, and Dag Erik Knedal Andersen. 2) The Heat Death is a Canadian alternative band, featuring Jim "Shotgun Jimmie" Kilpatrick and José Contreras.
