Takatan Chollada is an A-list Thai country singer who has gained significant fame and is the last Thai artist to have an album with sales exceeding 1 million copies. Takatan made her official debut in 2006 with her first album, "Nhao Saeng Neon," under the Grammy Gold label, a subsidiary of GMM Music/GMM Grammy. The album received a moderate response. However, in the following year, her second album, "Thanon Khon Fun," featuring the lead single "Mai Chai Fan Tum Taen Mai Dai," became a phenomenal hit, achieving over a million copies in sales.
