DJ Short-e, a New Yorker, made the same decision his father made years earlier--to venture from his home on a quest for greater opportunities. In 1996, Short-e headed to South Florida where he quickly became a force in the nightlife and music scene. His talents lead him to perform at some of the hottest clubs and lounges such as the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Karu & Y, Club Tantra, Blue Martini, Club Skye, Rain Lounge, Headliners, Hyde Park Café and Whiskey Park.
