Sharon den Adel

Sharon Janny den Adel (born July 12, 1974 in Waddinxveen, Netherlands) is a Dutch singer and composer. She is most famous for being the lead singer and one of the songwriters in the Dutch symphonic rock band Within Temptation. Sharon has also collaborated with Delain, Ayreon, Aemen, Timo Tolkki, Armin van Buuren, Tarja , Asking Alexandria , Annisokay … Sharon lives with Robert Westerholt, the guitarist of Within Temptation. The couple have a daughter, Eva Luna (b. 2005) and son Robin Aiden (b. 2009).
