Shadow ov Fenris is a Russian black metal band from Saint Petersburg, formed in 2011. They are known for atmospheric, mid-paced black metal with dark, dissonant riffs, morose melodies, thundering rhythms, and venomous vocals. Their themes often explore mythology, death, doom, and anxiety, delivered with poetic, introspective Russian lyrics (sometimes with English translations).
