Scarlet Runner is an American blues-rock power trio originally formed in 1994 in Gilbertville, Iowa. The band gained early national attention for the guitar work of Jason Christensen, who won the Midwest regional Jimi Hendrix Electric Guitar Competition and was a national runner-up at the age of 16. Band Members - The core of the group consists of: Jason Christensen (also known as Jason Leroy): Lead vocals and guitar. Jack Christensen: Bass and backing vocals.
