Ross 154 was the first alias used by Dutch producer Jochem Peteri, now best known as Newworldaquarium. Fragments was his first-ever record, originally released on Stefan Robbers' Eevo-Lute imprint, and it features four techno tracks along with four shorter ambient interludes. The whole record has been remastered by ART boss Kirk Degiorgio, and comes with new artwork. Inspired by UK acts like Degiorgio and B12, early Detroit techno and Duran Duran, Peteri recorded Fragments at Robbers' parents house.
