Peter Kovacs

Peter Kovacs is a singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from San Diego, CA known for emotive vocals, somber lyrics, and rich melodies. Critics have described his music as "somewhere between the style of Todd Snider and the passion of Whiskeytown." Kovacs was raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He took up the piano at 6, the guitar at age 12 and began writing songs two years later. In 1995, he moved to Nashville, Tennessee, signed to Blank Etc.
