Formed in 2008, PerKelt is a Pagan Folk band based in London, UK. Self-described as 'Speed Folk', their fast, powerful rhythms and joyful Celtic melodies have become their trademark over the years, wrapped together in pagan poetry with a strong message of freedom and joy. The music of PerKelt blends together a rhythmic synergy of drums and guitars, signature duels between fiddle and recorder, haunting pagan vocals, and the deep ethnic sound of didgeridoo.
