NIMEA is a Russian symphonic metal band formed in Saint Petersburg in 2018. The band consists of Ekaterina Desyatnikova on vocals, music, and lyrics; Ivan Kaizer on keyboards and arrangements; Kseniia Fadeeva on keyboards; Victor Zhukov on guitar; Konstantin Shorshin on bass; and Vladimir Osipov on drums. NIMEA’s music features intricate vocal work, heavily distorted guitar riffs, multi-layered symphonic arrangements, and compositions that range from epic orchestral pieces to more intimate, chamber-like songs.
