Doom metal/Traditional metal/Classic metal band from Eastern Connecticut Mourn the Light is a Traditional Heavy Metal/Doom band from Norwich, CT. Formed in late 2017 by New England Stoner and Doom Fest co-founder Dwayne Eldredge and Bury The Needle radio host Gregory Gates, MTL quickly made their presence known with the three-track EP Weight of the World. Featuring artwork by renowned doom scene artist "Caveman" Kyle Stratton, Weight of the World was well-received by critics.
