The Beginning Matt Holliday was born on 25th February 1984 in Birmingham, England. As a teenager he was a fanatical cyclist and soon after leaving school was racing bikes full time with a dream of racing the Tour De France, but this wasn't to be. After what was his most successful year race wise, still as a junior and about to join the pro elite's, Matt decided that this isn't what he wanted to do for the rest of his life and turned his attention to his love for music.
