Lethal Yellow was a Florida based hardcore punk band that released one 7" titled "Declarations Of Retardation" back in 1985. Lethal Yellow's song "The Obnoxious Song" was mentioned in John Sheppard's Small Town Punk in which the protagonist plays it on his car stereo.
