狂人病 (Kyojinbyo) Early '80s hardcore from Tokyo with a strong Finnish (a la Kaaos, Tempere SS, et al) sound...very fast and brutal. Absolutely vicious, with a tough woman screamer who sounds like a 300 pound man.
