Kelso is Kelly-Dawn Hellmrich (Camp Cope), Xavier Rubetzki Noonan (Self Talk/Max Quinn), and Gab Strum (Japanese Wallpaper) - three friends who bonded over a shared love of The 1975, Frankie Cosmos, Los Campesinos and a mutual feeling of discomfort over going to the pub. The trio's songs are a dreamy blend of soft synth and catchy riffs that explore feelings of social inadequacy and anxiety through thoughtful, lighthearted musings about navigating the world around them.
