Sebastián Moreno, better known as Kellyto (formerly Actavis Kelly, is an artist, rapper, songwriter, and producer from Heredia, Costa Rica. He also goes by names like "kellyto," "la kabra," or just "kelly." Throughout his career, he's been part of labels like Vicious Paradise and Bootleg Mob, and is now reportedly signed with GLOXTARICA. Kelly has built a unique sound influenced by artists like Yung Beef, Lucki, Ken Carson, and Lil Baby, among others.
