John Kyle

John Kyle is a singer-songwriter and guitarist from California. He writes, records and releases original music independently, and performs live around the US. "Listening to his lonesome whistle blowing I hear all kinds of echos: outlaw country, psychedelic and progressive rock, college rock, grunge and sadcore, merging into a dark and dynamic new style, somewhere on the wrong side of the alt-Americana tracks. These songs possess a weird mixture of sadness and spirituality, melanoid reflection and the wide-eyed hope of a child.
