Huggybear

Huggybear (b 1982, Philadelphia, PA) is a rapper who is not interested in the hip-hop culture, instead only by the music and the unique storytelling abilities of rappers such as Notorious B.I.G. and Nas. Growing up Huggybear only listened to rock music, especially of the classic rock variety. It wasn't until he attended college that he began to enjoy and appreciate rap and hip-hop music. Huggybear debuted in 2004, teaming up with Tonka (b 1982, Queens, NY) to form Monstaz Inc.
