Hotelpry

During the whole year 2000 a very strong passion for the funk, a sweeping impact at a Jamiroquai’s concert in Milan and the desire to surpass former experiences of “heavy” music insert in Marco Mengoni the biting dream, even if not shaped yet, to start a new project that provides for a wide staff of musicians and that probes an equally wide series of musical genres. Choosing the name for a group is always difficult but, after some tries, the band finds an agreement on Alessio’s idea, “Hotelpry”.
