Helical Scan is a moniker of German producer Robert Henke (of Monolake), used for the "Index" 12-inch on Chain Reaction in 1996. Helical Scan is also the name of an American independent shoegaze band based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, whose music can be found on Bandcamp.
