Election Day is a 5-piece hardcore band from Central/Western New York. Their sound draws from influences ranging from 90's post-hardcore and post-punk to modern day melodic hardcore bands such as Verse and Modern Life is War. They released a free download of their self-titled demo that's available in zip format at http://www.markforbrains.com/electionday. The band is comprised of current and former members of Earthquake, Gak Attack, Attitude, Life of Crime, Creature, Forfeit, and various other Syracuse/Rochester NY hardcore and punk bands.
