Dick Noel (Richard Noel, Brooklyn, NY, 1926 or 1927 - 27 October 2017) was an American big band singer. From 1949 on, Dick Noel was a singer with Ray Anthony and His Orchestra, with hits like "Dreamer's Holiday", "Sitting By the Window" (1949, published as Dick Noel and The Skyliners ) and "Count Every Star". In the following years he recorded for Decca ( "From This Moment On" / "Hot Dog! That Made Him Mad") and for Columbia Records under his own name and for his own label Fraternity Records
