Charles Billy (born June 23, 1962) is an American singer who is best known as the lead vocalist for thrash metal band Testament. Chuck Billy is an american singer, most known for being the lead vocalist of the thrash metal band Testament since 1986. Billy has remained constant as the vocalist alongside guitarist Eric Peterson who also was an all time permanent member. However, his vocal style has changed over the years from a clear thrash style to a death grunt.
