Brianne Sidonie Desaulniers (born October 1, 1989), known professionally as Brie Larson, is an American actress, singer, and filmmaker. She began her career with supporting roles in comedic productions during her teenage years before transitioning to leading roles in independent films and major studio productions. Her awards include an Academy Award, a Golden Globe Award, and a Primetime Emmy Award. In 2019, Time magazine included her in its list of the 100 most influential people in the world.
