There are at least two bands with the name Boo Hoo. 1) BOO HOO are three people who make good old fashioned indie rock in the lovely city of Montreal. 2) Boo Hoo is Bernhard Karakoulakis from Frankfurt/Germany. He plays beautiful indie pop tunes combined with electronic sounds.
