A heavy Norwegian band hailing from the regions surrounding Oslo. In the lifespan from 1997 - 2015, they only released one studio album, one live album and two ep's. The last release being "Ride The Monkey", the heavyest and most proffesional output they ever released. At this moment in time Bellow comprised of founding members Andy Amore (aka. Andy D. & Hot Lips), Tom Fury and Fluffy (aka. Mr. Sticks), together with guitarist Ed Go-Go and Sloppy Seconds.
