For the past handful of summers, Paul Eggleston (Architectural Metaphor, Bionaut) and Kris Thompson (The Prefab Messiahs, Abunai!, Twilight Tipi, etc.) have hauled their synths, theremins and assorted gadgets (and a gas-powered generator!) into a Vermont forest to set up their theme camp at the Firefly arts festival. "Camp Astral Chill" is the late-night oasis where they (along with various collaborators) have unfurled many an evocative flight of inner-spatial drone dimensioneering.
