2 Raff is an German Eurodance project featuring Balca Tözün on vocals, that released one single, Don't Stop the Music" in 1994. It was produced by Tony Cottura and Rodney Hardisson. Bulent Aris was the co-producer. Lyrics were written by Victor Geddles aka Might V. Music was composed by Tony Cottura and Ariel Piaggi.
