Ocean Chandler Bennett known by his stage name 0CE4N, is an American rapper and singer/songwriter. Born January 25th 1996, in Lowell, MA; he has roots in emo rap and pop punk but currently is making noise in the underground hip-hop scene. He's part of the musical collective, 'Alchemy'.
