Electric Bristol
Electric Bristol is a multi-level live music and club venue at 15 Nelson Street in Bristol, United Kingdom. The building originally opened in August 1963 as part of the Top Rank Suite chain and has undergone numerous rebrands—including Baileys, Romeo and Juliet's, Papillon, Odyssey, The Works, Syndicate, and SWX—before Electric Group acquired it in 2017 and officially rebranded it as Electric Bristol in April 2025. The venue features three distinct rooms: a main stage on the first floor, a second stage on the second floor, and a third room also on the second floor with its own sound and lighting. The main stage is equipped with advanced sound and lighting systems, pyrotechnics, lasers, CO2 cannons, and a 12m² interactive video wall. Electric Bristol programs a wide array of genres including rock, punk, indie, metal, pop, hip-hop, electronic, folk, alternative pop, alternative rock, jazz, reggae, drum and bass, jungle, and techno, as well as tribute parties, comedy nights, conferences, and corporate events. The venue is known for its excellent acoustics, spacious layout, and energetic atmosphere.
