David Duchovny (born David William Duchovny on 7 August 1960) is an American musician, as well as an actor, writer, director best known for his roles in The X-Files and Californication He released his first album, Hell or Highwater, on May 12, 2015. The record contains 12 self composed songs. On February 8, 2018, Duchovny released his second album, Every Third Thought. He released "Gestureland" in 2021 .
