Oslo Hackney
Oslo Hackney occupies a redeveloped Victorian railway station building originally constructed in 1870, making it the only remaining structure from the original Hackney Central station. The two-floor venue opened in January 2014 and features exposed brickwork, high ceilings, and arched windows alongside a Nordic-inspired interior with hand-drawn illustrations throughout. Its live music room upstairs holds 375, and the venue runs an L-Acoustics sound system. Programming spans indie rock, alternative pop, electronic, hip hop, and R&B.
