King Tut's Wah Wah Hut opened in February 1990 on St. Vincent Street, founded by DF Concerts boss Stuart Clumpas in a former pub with the goal of hosting club-level gigs seven days a week. The venue holds 300 people and focuses on rock, indie, and alternative programming. NME named it Britain's Best Small Venue in 2011, and Radio 1 awarded it UK's Best Live Venue three years running.
