Emerald Theatre

The Emerald Theatre opened in 2025 following a £5 million renovation of the former Proud Embankment cabaret bar, occupying a building originally constructed as a Music Hall in 1898. Situated within the northernmost arch of Waterloo Bridge at 8 Victoria Embankment, it holds up to 810 standing or 430 seated across two levels. The venue programs cabaret, burlesque, live music, and immersive theatre, and holds an exceptionally rare 5 am late-night alcohol license.
