Caféscenen is an intimate stage within Örebro Teater, a protected historical monument originally inaugurated in 1853 and rebuilt after a fire in 1889. The space seats audiences around café tables and is used for smaller productions including soup theater and after-work performances, as well as talks and discussions with theater artists. The building stands beside the Svartån river, adjacent to Örebro Castle.
