Ötkert
Ötkert is a dance club in a 19th-century building in central Budapest, minutes from St. Stephen’s Basilica and Chain Bridge. Its most distinctive feature is a retractable roof that allows the main space to open to the sky, making it a year-round party destination. The venue operates two dance floors: the main hall plays club anthems, Latin, and R&B, while the HipHop Bistro focuses on hip-hop, trap, and Afrobeats. Thursday nights have shifted to house, tech house, deep house, melodic house, and Afro house. Ötkert opened in 2010 and quickly became a fixture of Budapest nightlife, drawing over 5,000 partygoers each weekend. It offers VIP tables with bottle service and fast-track entry. The club is open Wednesday through Saturday.
