Wards

Wards are the Original (as in first) punk rock band from the state of Vermont. Wards formed in the seventies and still play live from time to time. T. Curley, the lead singer for Wards, is a contemporary and friend of Gary Lane, who was an inspiration to the late shock legend GG Allin. Guitarist Bob "Beano" Parker, who also played for other Vermont bands such as X-Tractions, Roman Shades, Gas and Oil, and Nation of Hate, died in January 2014.
