Victoria Brow Borges (Rio de Janeiro, October 13, 1998) better known as Vic Brow is a brazilian singer, songwriter and voice actress. At just 10 years old, she won the awards for "Best Lyrics," "Best Audience," and "Best Song" at the COEP Music Festival, held at the Legislative Assembly of Rio Grande do Sul.
