Vauxdvihl

Vauxdvihl was an Australian progressive metal band. Vauxdvihl was formed in 1992 in Melbourne by guitarist and songwriter Fab Gallen. The band was originally named Vaudeville, a term chosen to reflect what Gallen considered the variety of their musical influences. However, after discovering that another band already used the name, they changed it to Vauxdvihl. After initial difficulties completing the lineup, the band released a demo containing three songs, all of which were later included on their 1994 debut album "To Dimension Logic".
