UMMAMUUDU (IN ONE´S OWN WAY) is a seven-member folk and pop music group from South Estonia. HISTORY Four schoolboys who had got voice placing in children's singing group VÕRUKAELAD took up in a town called Võru in April 1989 the available instruments - contrabass, guitar, violin and mandolin and started to make country and folk music. Considering their musical knowledge at that time, this style was the easiest and bearably performable. AIMS
